I cannot say enough amazing things about Shilo and Coastal Pets. After spending thousands of dollars at our vet of 13 years we were at our wits end. We were not getting the service we used to or the answers we needed for our older pets. I am so thankful for my friend who recommended me to Coastal Pets. It has taken a huge burden off of our shoulders knowing that we can contact Shilo if we have an emergency or urgent question or concern rather than rushing to the emergency vet or waiting for our regular vet to get back to us. With every response from Shilo you can tell that She genuinely cares about your pet and puts thought into each and every response. In addition, Coastal Pets will come to you! This is such a huge lifesaver and is so much less disruptive for both Yourself and your pet to be able to have a visit in the comfort of your own home. Not to mention that Shilo is an animal whisperer. Our Cat can be very aggressive with strangers and his carrier is ALWAYS marked with a caution sticker at any other vet. When Shilo came in the cat basically walked right up to her and actually laid by her side. If you are in need of a vet or are looking for a new one do yourself a favor and contact Coastal Pets. You will not be sorry and will never want to use another vet again!

I highly recommend Coastal pets. Shilo came to my home and brought my sick cat back to life. She was so good with my scared kitty. Kind and caring, she really helped me out when it was so stressful for me to care for ill cat. This was a much better option then bringing her into a vet office and enduring the car ride.
